Kérastase Genesis Sérum Anti-Chute Fortifiant is a product that has both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the serum helps strengthen hair roots and reduces hair loss. It is easy to apply and suitable for use in combination with other hair care products. It also doesn't make your hair greasy after use and I didn't have to wash the serum out after each use. On the negative side, I did not notice any significant improvement in hair growth after using the serum for several weeks. There is not enough serum in the jar for 6 weeks with the recommended amount, so if you want to test it for 6 weeks, you have to buy an extra jar. Also, the serum has a strongr smell that some people may not find pleasant. Overall, I would recommend Kérastase Genesis Sérum Anti-Chute Fortifiant for people with thinning hair but have to say that results may vary and the amount in the jar is not enough for a 6-week test period.

Lovely-smelling serum

I have been using this product from Kérastase Genesis for a few weeks now and it is a fine product in itself. It is easy to dose and the product smells delicious. I cannot yet comment on its effect, I use it too little for that. I also find it quite pricey as you can only use the bottle for three weeks. I still need some convincing to see if it delivers what it promises.

Over de werking kan ik nog geen uitspraak doen, daarvoor gebruik ik het te weinig. Vind het ook vrij prijzig aangezien je maar drie weken met het flesje kan doen. Ik heb nog wat overtuiging nodig om te zien of het voldoet aan wat het beloofd.

I have been testing this product for a few weeks now, at first it took some figuring out how I liked using it. Eventually I use it after washing my hair then it is easier to distribute. It is a fine serum with a nice fragrance that makes your hair stronger. It is pricey though but worth testing if it is something for you.
Ik heb dit product nu een aantal weken getest, op het begin was het even uitzoeken hoe ik het fijn vond om te gebruiken. Uiteindelijk gebruik ik het na het haren wassen dan is het makkelijker te verdelen. Het is een fijne serum met een lekker geurtje je haren worden er steviger van. Wel is het aan de prijs maar de moeite waard om te testen of dat het iets voor jou is.

I have been using this hair serum for 6 weeks now, twice daily. The product is transparent and smells nice. The little pipette that comes with the product ensures that the serum can be applied precisely to the head. After using it for a month and a half, I notice a difference in the thickness and structure of my hair. My hair now falls out much less quickly, which makes me extremely happy!
Dit haarserum gebruik ik nu sinds 6 weken, tweemaal daags. Het product is transparant en ruikt lekker. Het pipetje wat bij het product bijgevoegd zit zorgt ervoor dat het serum precies op de hoofdhuis kan worden aangebracht. Na anderhalve maand gebruik merk ik verschil in de dikte en structuur van mijn haar. Mijn haar valt inmiddels veel minder snel uit, waarmee ik onwijs blij ben!

I have been using this serum for almost a month and a half now. Although I am not sure if my hair really grows faster, my hair does look thicker. This immediately makes my coves look a lot less noticeable. Furthermore, I find the bottle with the pipette easy to use. I find the dosage of 4 somewhat on the high side; 2 pipettes are more than enough for me. I use the serum in the morning on dry hair and blow-dry my hair immediately afterwards. You can also just let it dry, but you otherwise walk around with a wet layer in your hair for so long ;). Finally, I am happy that this product does not make my hair oily or irritate my scalp. In short, I am satisfied and recommend it!
Ik gebruik dit serum nu al bijna anderhalve maand. Hoewel ik niet zeker weet of mijn haren echt sneller groeien, ziet mijn haar wel dikker uit. Hierdoor lijken mijn inhammen gelijk een stuk minder opvallend. Verder vind het flesje met de pipet makkelijk in gebruik. De dosering van 4 vind ik overigens wat aan de hoge kant; ik heb ruim genoeg aan 2 pipetjes. Ik gebruik het serum ‘s ochtends op droog haar en föhn direct mijn haar daarna. Je kan het ook gewoon laten drogen, maar je loopt anders zo lang met een nat laagje in je haar ;). Tot slot ben ik blij dat dit product mijn haar niet vet maakt en mijn hoofdhuid niet irriteert. Kortom, ik ben tevreden en raad het aan!

I have been using this serum for 5 weeks now. The bottle indicates a dosage, unfortunately the bottle is then empty after 4 weeks. I don't find the results convincing. I do see some new hair emerging, but overall my hair at the temples remains unchanged thin. Maybe I need to wait and see because a hair grows an average of one cm per month.
The serum is hat to apply using a pipette. Personally, I find the smell a bit overpowering. I therefore use it in the evening.
All in all, after 5 weeks, not convincing results, but wait and see.
Dit serum gebruik ik nu 5 weken. Het flesje geeft een dosering aan, helaas is het flesje dan na 4 weken leeg. Het resultaat vind ik niet vertuigend. Ik zie wel wat nieuwe haartjes opkomen, maar over het algemeen blijft mijn haar bij de slapen onveranderd dun. Misschien moet ik nog even afwachten omdat een haar gemiddeld een cm per maand groeit.
Het serum is hoed aan te brengen dmv een pipet. De geur vind ik persoonlijk wat overheersend. Ik gebruik het daarom 's avonds.
Al met al na 5 weken niet overtuigend resultaat, maar wacht het nog even af.

The serum does what I expected it to do. My hair seems to grow faster (I had outgrowth faster than usual) and significantly fewer hairs in my brush after using the serum for 2 weeks. It does not make my hair oily and/or heavy. I would highly recommend the product if your hair is thinning and falling out. Do bear in mind that 1 bottle for a 6-week course of treatment (as it says on the packaging) is not enough if you use the product as indicated....
De serum doet wat ik ervan verwacht had. Mijn haar lijkt sneller te groeien (ik had sneller uitgroei dan normaal) en aanzienlijk minder haren in mijn borstel nadat ik het serum 2 weken heb gebruikt. Het maakt mijn haar niet vet en/ of zwaar. Ik zou het product enorm aanraden als je haar dunner wordt en uitvalt. Wel rekening houden met het feit dat 1 flesje voor een kuur van 6 weken (zoals op de verpakking staat) niet genoeg is als je het product zoals aangegeven gebruikt..

This serum is very nice to use. I feel my hair falls out less. However, you do have to apply it every night. In the beginning, I found it difficult to apply, but once you get the hang of it, it is God-awful. It says on the packaging to apply 4 pipettes, but 1-2 is more than enough. The smell is nice and it doesn't stick! Also, it doesn't make my hair heavy.
Dit serum is heel fijn in gebruik. Ik heb het gevoel dat mijn haar minder uitvalt. Wel moet je het elke avond aanbrengen. In het begin vond ik het nog lastig om aan te brengen, maar als je het eenmaal doorhebt, dan is het god te doen. Er staat op de verpakking om 4 pipetjes aan et brengen, maar 1-2 is meer dan voldoende. De geur is fijn en het plakt niet! Ook maakt het mijn haar niet zwaar.

My husband tested this product in exchange for his honest opinion. The cure indicates six weeks before there should be visible results. He has been using the serum for a fortnight now, so it is too early to indicate whether it really works. It is a glass bottle fitted with a handy pipette. Daily, you spread four doses on your hair and smear it in. The serum smells nice and does not feel greasy. It spreads easily. Curious to see what the results will be in a few weeks.
Mijn man heeft dit product getest in ruil voor zijn eerlijke mening. De kuur geeft aan zes weken te duren voordat er zichtbaar resultaat zou moeten zijn. Hij gebruikt het serum nu twee weken en daarom is het nog te vroeg om aan te geven of het echt werkt. Het is een glazen fles voorzien van een handige pipet. Dagelijks verdeel je vier doseses over je haar en smeer je dit in. Het serum ruikt lekker en voelt niet vet aan. Het smeert makkelijk in. Benieuwd wat het resultaat zal zijn over een aantal weken.

I have been using this serum for a few weeks now and I like it overall. The packaging of the serum looked premium. The serum comes in a sturdy glass bottle and has a pipette as a cap, making it easy to dispense. The serum smells very nice and does not feel greasy on application. It also absorbs fairly quickly. According to the instructions, you should use 4 doses to the mark on the pipette every night. Personally, I found this quite a lot. I think 2 or 3 doses could also be sufficient. While using this serum, I also used the Kérastase Genesis Bain Hydra-fortifiant shampoo from the same line. After a while, I noticed that I think I have slightly less hair loss. For now, I am already very satisfied with the result. Of course, I hope the result will get even better after a longer time!
Ik gebruik dit serum nu een paar weken en het bevalt me goed over het algemeen. De verpakking van het serum zag er premium uit. Het serum zit in een stevig glazen flesje en heeft een pipet als dop, waardoor je makkelijk kan doseren. Het serum ruikt erg lekker en voelt niet vettig aan bij het aanbrengen. Het trekt ook redelijk snel in. Volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing, moet je elke avond 4 doseringen tot de markering op de pipet gebruiken. Persoonlijk vond ik dit best wel veel. Ik denk dat 2 of 3 doseringen ook voldoende zou kunnen zijn. Tijdens het gebruik van deze serum heb ik ook de Kérastase Genesis Bain Hydra-fortifiant shampoo van dezelfde lijn gebruikt. In het begin vond ik het nog lastig om aan te brengen, maar als je het eenmaal doorhebt, dan is het god te doen. Er staat op de verpakking om 4 pipetjes aan et brengen, maar 1-2 is meer dan voldoende. De geur is fijn en het plakt niet! Ook maakt het mijn haar niet zwaar.

My husband tested this product in exchange for his honest opinion. The cure indicates six weeks before there should be visible results. He has been using the serum for a fortnight now, so it is too early to indicate whether it really works. It is a glass bottle fitted with a handy pipette. Daily, you spread four doses on your hair and smear it in. The serum smells nice and does not feel greasy. It spreads easily. Curious to see what the results will be in a few weeks.
Mijn man heeft dit product getest in ruil voor zijn eerlijke mening. De kuur geeft aan zes weken te duren voordat er zichtbaar resultaat zou moeten zijn. Hij gebruikt het serum nu twee weken en daarom is het nog te vroeg om aan te geven of het echt werkt. Het is een glazen fles voorzien van een handige pipet. Dagelijks verdeel je vier doseses over je haar en smeer je dit in. Het serum ruikt lekker en voelt niet vet aan. Het smeert makkelijk in. Benieuwd wat het resultaat zal zijn over een aantal weken.

Fijn serum!
I have been using this serum for a few weeks now and I like it overall. The packaging of the serum looked premium. The serum comes in a sturdy glass bottle and has a pipette as a cap, making it easy to dispense. The serum smells very nice and does not feel greasy on application. It also absorbs fairly quickly. According to the instructions, you should use 4 doses to the mark on the pipette every night. Personally, I found this quite a lot. I think 2 or 3 doses could also be sufficient. While using this serum, I also used the Kérastase Genesis Bain Hydra-fortifiant shampoo from the same line. After a while, I noticed that I think I have slightly less hair loss. For now, I am already very satisfied with the result. Of course, I hope the result will get even better after a longer time!
Ik gebruik dit serum nu een paar weken en het bevalt me goed over het algemeen. De verpakking van het serum zag er premium uit. Het serum zit in een stevig glazen flesje en heeft een pipet als dop, waardoor je makkelijk kan doseren. Het serum ruikt erg lekker en voelt niet vettig aan bij het aanbrengen. Het trekt ook redelijk snel in. Volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing, moet je elke avond 4 doseringen tot de markering op de pipet gebruiken. Persoonlijk vond ik dit best wel veel. Ik denk dat 2 of 3 doseringen ook voldoende zou kunnen zijn. Tijdens het gebruik van deze serum heb ik ook de Kérastase Genesis Bain Hydra-fortifiant shampoo van dezelfde lijn gebruikt. Na een tijdje merkte ik dat ik volgens mij iets minder haaruitval heb. Voor nu ben ik al zeer tevreden met het resultaat. Natuurlijk hoop ik dat het resultaat na langere tijd nog beter zal worden!
